This project is about Children Education and its main objective is to give the children of this kindergarten an intercultural education by a contact with young people from other cultures, in order they can experience a model of solidarity , and feel the typical characteristics of young people of this age: creativity, obligation, enthusiasm, dynamism, and make possible to know about other manners and customs. It takes place in Arucas, Gran Canaria (España) and the countries participating in it, appart from Spain, are Germany, Estonia and Poland. The duration of the activity has been 10 months, from September of 2014 to June 2015 The Asociación Escuela Libre “La Casa del Sol”, in the practice of our Kindergarten, it gives the volunteers the opportunity to develop themselves, to get a better knowledge of themselves and more autonomy in specific fields like children education, teamwork and it allows them to know the procedure of our association. The main activities carried out by the volunteers in our association have been all those dealing with the teacher accompaniment, in the preparation and development of the class, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 14.00 and which have been detailed before in the project.
