This project offers our students the opportunity to do the FCT module in a European country with that it means: an approach to Europe and to other productive models, The participants in this project are determined to improve the learning services quality and the workers' training in order to satisfy the labour market needs, since they have to improve their general educative competences in a continuous way. During these practices, students will improve their experience implied in doing them abroad. Group work will help to combine and integrate the attitudes and ideas necessary to achieve an agrrement among them, developing tolerance to different attitudes and opinions. The participants in this project will improve their professional and linguistic competences in the school/work framework, which represents a learning opportunity that becomes more present in our educational reality. It is an objective the realization of a flexible and equivalent learning method in an educative cultural profile, which connects training in the classroom with the practical experience in a firm. Thus it is intended that each day we are closer to the job market.They also project objectives:• Increase the professionalism of our students and teachers.• Promote the exchange of professional experiences• To promote the mobility of students / as in Europe promoting the rapprochement of cultures• Contribute to the subsequent employability of our studentsBy comparison and exchange of different methods and strategies, the students expand their skills in learning modern school tours and quality.Learning abroad help develop a sense of European citizenship based on understanding on respect for cultural diversity, also by learning foreign languages.In addition, the carrying out part and the FCT in schools in other countries constitute a coherent vocational training Project activities are organized around training-productive activities, typical of our students completing professional training and acquired at school through knowledge of real production processes, where students can observe and perform the activities and functions of the various jobs of a profession.
