Five stars practice" is a mobility project which will involve 40 pupils from Economic College , „Turism” profile, in a innovative practice stage with a duration of 4 weeks in 5 stars hotels from Valencia, Spain. For facilitating the access of the 40 participants to a qualitative practice stage, it was concluded an agreement between CERV and Centro Superior de Hosteleria y Turismo Valencia, which as direct host organization will assure the practical preparation of the participants. The training needs of the participants in this mobility project, there are: - realization of a practice stage in hotel domain in 5 stars hotels; - the participants access to innovative practice stages which are practiced in the European education; - acquisition by participants of competencies and abilities in the tourism and hotel services domain. - facilitating the transition from school to active life. The main purpose of the project is the training of 40 participants through practice in the hotel field to the stage place. Following the participation to this innovative practice stage, the 40 students will acquire basic competencies in the hotel field, fact that will increase the chances of their integration to the European labour market. The expected results of the project are: - realization of an innovative internship stage for 40 students within a host partner recognised at international level in field of quality in hotel services. - Certification of the competencies acquired by participants to the practice place through issuing and validation the Europass certificates. - Strengthening the partnership between CERV and host partner, fact which will allow the realization of new practice stages in hotel field for CERV students, for future. - Strengthening of the pilot centre for practice in the hotel field, set up within CERV and which will serve as example of good practices at regional level for the providers of training in the field of tourism and hotel services domain.
