The aim of the "PR for non-PRofits" training is to empower youth workers to improve the Public Relations of their organisations (brand management, media relations, public speech, marketing, event organisation) and to enhance the quality and visibility of youth work. The 9-day-long training will take place in Debrecen (Hungary), involving 30 youth workers from 9 countries. The participants get to know the theory and practice of methods, which help them to create a wider media and public attention on their organisations and activities. They jointly work on the better visibility of youth projects, the online and offline communication contents and design in order to enhance the dissemination and the visibility of their results. In the framework of the training they create and share tools, recommendations and practicalities with other organisations. As the result of the training the local and international recognition and acceptance of youth work will improve, more people will join youth programs, do voluntary actions and even the fund-raising and the mobilization of the public will become easier.
