As a Trabzon women entrepreneurs community, we realized a project which name is Power in the economy; women employment!. Context of mobility programs for youth workers, our project was implement 26 participants from Bujrum center for rural Development Macedonia, ?Institute Perspectives? Bulgaria, Asociatia Tineri Parteneri pentru Dezvoltarea Societii Civile Romania, Kaunas University of Technology Students Union Lithuania and ALL-TERNATIVE -Youth Association from Jelenia Gora Poland at 07-14 December in Trabzon/ Turkey. Our project aims; evalute women's employment issues in the international arena, to develop and inform target group. Also proje include voluntericm and yout participant,international dialogue, increase of professional studies and skills, youth work in Europe, communication between institutions, cultural presentations, presentation european union projects and increasing entrepreneurship. We planed to executive project with formal and non-formal training. In this context, we realized many activities such as Workshops, group work and seminars, professional practical training, theatrical performances, cultural activities trips, visits to official institutions, simulations. The results of the project; to take care women employment on the national and international level, to increase cultural diversity, to increase communication between people, to acquire skills on creativity and entrepreneurship,to introduce of European Union and National Agency, To increase the social consciousness, to create a communication network between institutions, provide to remove prejudices against other people and the country, to provide time management, to influence on target group.
