Association Romans International is implied in the Voluntary Service European and more particularly in the reception of volunteers since 2006. We estimate that this activity enables us to return concretes our mission of opening in the world, through the reception from young abroad in our structure and its implication in projects on the territory romanais. Its missions will be concentrated around the public awareness campaign romanais with international, the opening in the world, the tolerance and the commitment of the young people, strong values which correspond the priorities and to objective generals of the program. In addition, through this project, we wish to reinforce our partnership with the structure of this volunteer sending – Advit /ICYE Moldova, It acts of a Moldavian structure with which we already had the occasion to work before, on sending 6 young French for projects short-term and long run. We share with this associations the same values around the tolerance and of the opening in the world and wish to continue to work with them in order to allow other young French and Moldavian to profit from an experiment of citizenship. In the future, we wish to continue amongst other things this dynamics of sending short-term in the direction of the public 'Jamo”. In 2013, we had presented a request subsidy which enabled us to validate a long run project 10 months for 2 SVE and a short-term project 2 months for 2 SVE. We in particular wish to use these short-term projects to help of the young people more or less far away from the mobility international of this throw by stages on this device Erasmus +. The project “For a reciprocity of the partnerships” consists of the reception of a young Armenian volunteer – in our association, from June to November 2013 for missions of sensitizing to international and the intercultural one. This reception will enable us to profit from the ideas and of the vision from young abroad and to sensitize the territory romanais with international and the SVE, in their giving a “face”. The young volunteer, Oxana Platon, was accommodated in the town of Novels and its missions was inclureront, for example, the participation in activities of education to the international citizenship which we organize in school and in the districts of the city or to imply itself in activities of sensitizing to international within structures of popular education. In the other side, the french agency refused our sending EVS in Moldova Finally, in this project, the french agency accept only 1 host EVS in Romans International during 6 month.
