Through the project "Perypezye Urbane Goes Europe" the organization aims at providing its staff with updated and expanded professional skills in the following fields: adult education, management, English language, corporate communication. The project will last two years and will involve workers belonging to the teaching staff (internal and external) and support staff (training coordinator, project officer , administrative staff , communication manager) will attend the training activities, for a total of quantified 16 workers. Educational activities will include: 6 mobilities for job shadowing activities , 12 mobilities for training courses, 8 mobilities for language courses, 4 mobilities in order to attend the European Culture Forum. The implementation methodology of the project involves a preparation period for the workers, during which a training agreement will be established and shared and the activities of which they are going to benefit will be discussed; all training activities will be previously agreed on by Urbane Perypezye with the host organization. A detailed evaluation of the activities along the different phases of the project by the participants and trainers will allow a cross feedback on the results achieved and the quality of the training programme. Expected results include: staff skills increasing in project design and training, with positive effects on the organization and the established collaboration network. The envisaged impact will improve the participation in national and international calls and the financial, administrative, organizational management in accordance with the European model, as well as communication plans and institutional relations and new didactic methods. In the long term, participation in this project will allow Perypezye Urbane to grow strategically, attract new learners and respond effectively to the need for an intercultural and interdisciplinary approach in accordance with the mission of the organization, thus becoming an innovative reality in cultural education as much at local, regional and national level as at European and international one.
