"Carol Davila" Nursing College, situated in Targoviste prepare its students for level 5 in professional qualifications General nurses and Pharmaceutical nurses, domain - Health and pedagogical training, to gain competencies to be proved in the practical medical care, according to the national standards. The mobility activities held at HOSPICES CIVILS DE LYON (IFSI ESQUIROL) will result in developing the possibility of our school to gain international openness through setting new European contacts and improving the work and service quality proffered by our school. The aim of our project is to develop the future nurses` professional and language skills so as to ease their socio-professional insertion in the internal and external labor market. In this regard, we have outlined the following targets within the project:1. The extension of the professional and personal skills of 10 students participating in a mobility period of 3 weeks.2. The improvement of the language skills in medical communication in a European language of a group of 10 students participating in a mobility period of 3 weeks.3. The development of skills based on integration and coexistence in an European multicultural area of a group of 10 students participating in a mobility period of 3 weeks.Students taking part (10) in this project are high-school graduates with Baccalaureate Diploma, aged between 18 and 30 years old, professional qualification General nurses, persons who have already one year of training in this qualification. The aim of the project will be reached through the development, in partnership with HOSPICES CIVILS DE LYON (IFSI ESQUIROL) from Lyon, France, of one apprenticeship based on training module 24 "Cardiology and nursing in cardiology ". The apprenticeship will be organized in one flow, between March - April 2017. The trainees will follow / perform a 6 hours/ day training programme, in order to be accomplished all the 74 hours of practical training included in module 24 "Cardiology and nursing in cardiology" from our national curriculum for General nurses, second year of study/training. The increase in transnational cooperation will set an international dimension to our organization, which will lead to the increase in the quality of our educational purpose through the transfer and implementation of the best practices acquired during this mobility.
