Sivil society organisations are institutions which operate with lobbying actions and persuasion for political, social, cultural, legal and environmental objectives independent of governmental bodies, choosing their members according to volunteerism and that are non profit. Volunteers are the people working for these structures. When we take the operation areas of the sivil society organisations into consideration, if the members of the actions are only from certain age groups or same gender then the NGOs operation area's efficiency and effectiveness is negatively affected. Training the youth workers to make the young people take active role about leadership and volunteerism and establishing a leadership and volunteerism mechanism for NGOs is the aim of the project. Thus, to ensure volunteers take palce at every kind of civil society organisation from each kind of age group and gender and and to ensure them to be better managed with the leadership training. For this purpose; youth workers mobility project is prepared in the leadership of Governorship of Cankiri with project partners from Italy, Spain, Romania, and Macedonia, a 5 days activity and training program is planned in Macedonia with 32 participants. In the scope of the activity youth workers came together from partner countries and shared their experiences about leadership and volunteerism, the trainers from partner countries trained the participants in these areas and the participants had a capacity of training NGOs' members and target young people in their countries in the scope of dissemination activities of the project. 8 participants from Turkey, 4 from Italy, 5 from Romania, 4 from Spain, 5 from Hungary and 6 from Makedonia attended the 5-day training activity in Macedonia. Before the mobility activity, the participants made researches about leadership and volunteerism at NGOs in their countries and during the mobility activity the participants presented the current structure in their own countries and best practices were shared. In the scope of the mobility activities of the project a workshop report is prepared in Turkish and English and it is translated into the native languages of all partner countries to be offered to the NGOs in their regions. With the model for young people to make them take role as leaders and volunteers at NGOs, the project participants that work for the youth, educated youth that will be leader for the communities with the training that they will provide for the target group, young people and these young people will be more successful in developing their communities moreover the NGOs which are important items in the progress of community will continue their activites effectively.
