Context:Tana Libera Tutti is a nonprofit Organization formed in January 2014, founded on the principles of social development, cultural and artistic promotion, non-formal learning and social inclusion. The siege of TLT is situated in the old town of Teramo, Abruzzo, a region that is still suffering the consequences of the severe economic crisis that hit the country, especially in regards of youth unemployment and emigration (around 40% of young people is unemployed). The Organization believes that cultural differences represent a priceless social resource and a driving force for anyone. So TLT initiatives aim to strengthen multiculturalism, to develop an open-minded thinking attitude among young people, to encourage their creativity and entrepreneurship, improve their job prospects and strengthen their skills in the era of globalization and of a united Europe. The key channels are identified in the development of cultural and artistic paths, in the belief that the promotion of different cultures, through the universality of artistic expression, is the most prolific stimulus to overcome intellectual and social limits. So, TLT refers primarily to young people, as well as to social minorities such as immigrants, social outcasts, LGBTQI people, and to the local art community. In our siege cultural activities of all kinds take place (music performances, theater performances, exhibitions of painting and photography, book presentations, debates, conferences, foreign language conversation classes, drawing classes for children, jam sessions) and they are constantly attended by various people different in age, provenience and experience.Objectives:1. Promotion of multiculturalism, tolerance and cultural diversity.2. Promotion of active participation and proactivity of young people through creativity.3. Empowerment of the skills and the knowledge of the voluntary in the field of project-management and in the organization and promotion of cultural, artistic and social events.4. Promotion of the values, the importance and benefits of volunteering EVS and European citizenship in the local communities involved in the project.Participant:Project PASiPa is going to host an European volunteer, identified in Judit Guerrero Fernandez, a 25 year-old Spanish girl, already in contact with TLT thanks to a previous Erasmus period at the University of Teramo. Regarding the project, the volunteer already showed a great enthusiasm, a great willingness to learn and a strong spirit of initiative. Her previous experience in Teramo is an incentive because her knowledge of the landing environment represents a deterrent for any possible future problem related to setting and adaptation.Activities:The activities and the learning opportunities offered to the volunteer refer to two main areas: "support activities", and "autonomous project activities.""Support activities" are related to the ordinary duties needed by the general conduct of an organization for cultural promotion:- Support and supervision to the scheduling of events;- Web-managing: management of the site, the facebook page, the mailing list and other 2.0 tools;- Promotion activities of the events, through the web, printed means, and the press;- Management of relations with the head graphic;- Activities of organization of human capital, management of the "volunteers calendar”, and participation in the weekly meeting of the board;- Assistance to artists who operate in the Organization;- Participation and support to the events and activities organized;- Care of the spaces inside and around the Organization; The "autonomous project activities", on the other hand, preview project-management activities related to the development of one or more specific actions that the voluntary will choose as her own responsability. The staff will oversee and guide the development of the "autonomous project" of the voluntary, facilitating the process of transmission of skills and competences.Expected results:Project PASiPa will have a significant impact in the local community concerning the perception of European citizenship among youngsters. As first EVS experience in the area, it will represent an effective instrument to promote the opportunities offered by Erasmus +. In addition, according to TLT mission, this project will contribute to provide a powerful cultural stimulus to active citizenship, both in the socio-cultural field, linked to the promotion of tolerance, intercultural and open-mindness, and in the artistic field, related to creativity, self-entrepreneurship and spirit of initiative.
