Peer Coaching - Empowerment in Youth Project was born on the basis of co-operation of people involved in projects related to non-formal education, youth-related projects and leadership trainings. The project aims to share new ways of working with young people, which use the partner organizations. These methods include Peer Coaching, Action Learning and Synektyka. Project Peer Projekt Peer Coaching - Empowerment in Youth Project is a 7-day training. The training will take place from 25.07.2016-31.07.2016 in Krakow. Nine organizations will send 3 participants, organizator- Change Leaders Foundation will also send 3 participants. In total, the project will be attended by 30 participants, and further 2 trainers.During the training participants will have the opportunity to learn new tools usefull for people working with youth, exchange experiences of innovative projects for youth and create a place to exchange ideas of innovative ways of working with young people. The project is designed for those working with young people, working in non-governmental organizations, coaches and youth leaders. We want to enable our participants to enrich their workshop, expanded horizons, and to be able to use methods and knowledge from the training in their work with young people.During the training, we will use methods based on the principles of non-formal education, learning by experience by D.Kolbcycle and outdoor methods. Long term benefits include changing ways of functioning , becoming more effective in action. An important aspect is also the usefulness of acquired skills in partner organizations that are sending. The skills acquired during the training can be successfully used in the organizations in youth work and in a variety of projects. An important element of the project is also to create a knowledge base. Partners will create website on witch they will promote innovative ways of working with young people.
