The top priority of our school is the train the students to acquire their professional qualifications and to lead them to the world of work. There are quite a lot of underprivileged students with all kinds of learning and behaving difficulties. Making the learning and teaching processes effective and the handling of certain problematic situations are very hard for the teachers and need high quality know-how. However, there are not always solutions to the complex problems.In the interest of a high quality vocational training, the improvement of the teachers’ and instructors’ foreign language skills is indispensable as only this way will they be able to benefit from the improvement and development opportunities of the mobility projects. Between 2016 and 2018 we are planning to train 13 teachers and instructors throughout Europe (IT, BE, PT, FI, ES, DE, FR). These trainings are going to focus on new pedagogical and methodological approaches, motivating, conflict solving and handicap compensating techniques as well as the teaches involved will have a chance of improving their English and German.We will choose our cooperative partners on the basis of their area of expertise and references; in addition to that, working in partnership with a Finnish school gives us a better chance of a job shadowing-like cooperation.We are to apply the experiences and the new knowledge acquired during these trainings to the process of learning and teaching and besides the positive change of teachers’ attitude is going to contribute to the progress of gaining better motivated and behaved students and help us to achieve our pedagogical goals and to minimize the problem of early school-leaving without any marketable qualifications.We have planned the feasibility study of the project, put focus on experiences, spreading the best practices towards our partners, looking into the influence of the results and the evaluation according to the indicators specified in advance.
