The objective of the Project „Professional development of pedagogues for creating innovative teaching environment in Talsi Secondary School No.2” is to create teaching environment for providing competitive education, integrating technological skills with obtaining innovative pedagogical experience, therefore increasing the capacity of school as an educational establishment.The project intends individual mobility of 8 teachers, attending further educational courses in Austria, Estonia, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Spain starting from September 2016 up to September 2017.Subjects of the courses form a body of themes, what includes- teachers’ theoretical background for using digital equipment in teaching process;- diversification of teaching process organisation forms;- developing and putting into practice different self-esteem forms;- working out methodology and teaching plans electronically;- developing school management competences.Knowledge and skills gained in further educational courses teachers will hand over to their colleges in methodological commissions of foreign languages, mathematics, nature studies and school management group.Teachers as multipliers will organize work groups and methodological commissions will work out new teaching methods and ways.Knowledge and skills gained in further educational courses teachers will hand over to their colleges in methodological commissions of foreign languages, mathematics, nature studies and school management group. Teachers as multipliers will organize work groups to pass on the topics acquired in the courses, to colleges in order to adapt the new skills in the teaching process, to work out new teaching methodology and techniques. Home page will be created for the project where each participant of individual mobility, in the way of blog will reflect his conclusions gained in the professional development courses, as well as the new created teaching materials.It is planned to expand already existing school cooperation network with schools in Europe and work out projects on e-Twinning platform.The experience gained during the project „Professional development of pedagogues for creating innovative teaching environment in Talsi Secondary School No.2” is going to be presented in a conference to teachers of Talsi, Dundaga, Roja and Mērsrags regions.
