This training course aims at building the capacity of youth leaders, youth workers and volunteers to contribute to educational, social, and cultural change through peace education. The project will empower the participants with knowledge, skills and attitude for peace building and will enable them to enlarge the positive effects of peace education on young people, multi ethnic communities where they live but also in Europe. The Training course will prepare the participants how to act as leaders for change and how to act in order to take part in the building of a culture of peace and non-violence by educational means: analyzing, developing, non formal educational methods, and educational resources for a comprehensive view of peace education. The training course will provide a catalyst for international cooperation and possibility for change for peace and will give different methods for combating discrimination, xenophobia and racism.This project aims to raise our voice on peace education and to spread its effects on the young people and the communities where we all live. The presence of 28 participants from different partner and neighboring countries in Kocani, Macedonia will give an additional value and example of diversity, mutual respect and equality in Europe.
