"Pathway to inclusion" is a training for organisations who work with youngsters with fewer opportunities or would like to work with this target group under Erasmus+ program. The project will be held in October 2014 in the Netherlands. Organisations in the field of youth care, education and hosting EVS who work with youngsters with fewer opportunities meet each other and will create projects within the new scope of the Erasmus+ program. Together we learn and develop new possibilities within the program. One of the focusses will be the use of the learning method `pathways` in a nonformal learning experience.
The aims of this project are:
* Explore the new possibilities within the Erasmus+ Program,
* Making the cross-over between education and the youth field
* Create sustainable partnerships and form an international network
* Get knowledge of the learning method `pathways`
* Share expertise and experiences
Organisations from the Netherlans, Spain, Finland, Norway, Poland, Turkey and Ireland participate in this 5 days training. Total there will be 29 participants.
The activities will be a combination of sharing expertise and experiences, getting information about the Erasmus+ program and the pathway method, creating new possibilities and developing projects together.
The desired impact of the project is the improvement of the daily work of the partners (local, regional). An increasement of projects for youngsters with fewer opportunities (national/international) and an international network (cross-over education and the youth field) of organisations working with this target group (national/ international).
