The type of the project is Training Course using interactive and creative methods of non-formal education. Training aims to equip 30 young people with knowledge, skills and competencies to be promoters of interreligious dialogue, intercultural learning and diversity and also to become the strong base of initiative for systematical and effective social change. Main theme of the project is important role of the youth as initiators of transformation to peaceful society.Training is designed for youth workers, youth activists and leaders who are active in the field of diversity, intercultural learning and interreligious dialogue. The activity will last for seven working days and it will be organized in Sombor, city in Vojvodina (Northern Serbia) which is known as intercultural environment and is home form more than 20 nationalities. Having in mind that Europe is facing with biggest migrant crisis after the World War II, we believe that education of young people about importance of ICL, diversity and interreligious dialogue is crucial. Participants are not expected to work directly with migrants, but to act as multipliers of this TC and continue promoting interreligious dialogue, intercultural learning and diversity, as well as act against violations of human rights and discrimination among young people in their communities and in on-line communities. We will introduce and encourage participants to use several graphic and video techniques (such as vines, posters, memes, etc.) in order to contribute solving this burning issue. Three main objectives of the Training Course are:- To promote tolerance, equality and solidarity among different religions, cultures, nationalities and ethnic groups;- To introduce participants with various video and graphic techniques and forms as social intervention methods. - To explore possibilities of social media and social networks in the field of youth work, as tool for cooperation, communication, dissemination, acquiring information, spreading the message, etc.- To learn the nowadays new programmes and platforms supporting creation and generation of such content as well as their dissemination;- To foster the spirit of tolerance in communities;- To promote NFE and non-violence as the only acceptable method in process of creating social change.- To promote ERASMUS + programme as tool for cooperation.By using innovative and creating methods of non formal education this training course will reach its objectives and we believe that will have strong impact on participants, partner organizations and their communities. Target organizations are those coming from European countries which are on the most common line used by migrants coming from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan to Western Europe, as well as from regions where tensions and intolerance are increasing.
