For the "Pasword: EUROPA" project of the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Michele Buniva in Pinerolo seven fourth year students are selected from all the different branches of our school. The selected students will take part in a two-weeks work-experience in public or private companies abroad. Work-expepiences wil take place in April - May 2015. Two partner schools contribute to this project: 1) Moate Business College, Moate, Irlanda; 2) Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic. The main aim of the project is the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge. Among the othe objectives is the opportunity to improve communication skills in a foreign language, the challenge to experience life as an active member of the multicultural society in Europe. The contributionof our partners to the project is the organisation of work-experiences with companies and the organisation of accomodation as well as the general availability to give assistance to students during their stay. A structured, transparent and documented process is described for the selection of participants. Project management procedures are outlined to support and record all the stages of the project up to the final collection of data and resources for assessing the impact of the project "Password: EUROPA". Dissemination activities are included in the Plan to which participants formally commit when selected. This project has a high potential as for innovation and capability to function at a European and international level both for our school and for the larger area where we operate and it extends beyond the duration of the funding.
