The project "Pasaules skolā - skola pasaulē" is school staff learing mobility project in ES programm "ERASMUS+". The project longs 12 month - from 1st of July, 2016 till 30th of June, 2017. The projects coordinating and sending organization is Gulbenes vidusskola (Gulbene Secondary School), but the hosting organizations are 3 International Training Centers which are not identified as project parters in projects application.The objectives:* To improve and expand teachers ICT , English language skills and intercultural understanding, opening the school for internationalization.* To modernize the learning process through the integration of international educational mobility participants newly acquired knowledge and experience, and providing support of English and ICT for other teachers in education process and international cooperation.The project includes sending in learning mobility 3 Gulbene Secondary School teachers:* English teacher is participating in international training, where improves English skills and learn methods to teach and learn about cultural diversity;* 2 Information Technology teachers are participating in 2 different international trainings, where they practically improve their IT skills and learn new methods of using ICT in the learning process and teaching.After learning mobilities results would be distributed in school and outside it. The newly acquired experience of mobility participants, knowledge and skills would be transferred to other school teachers, new teaching methods would be integrated in the learning process and school would be more opened to international cooperation. In parents' evenings at school newly acquired experience in informal activities would be transferred to the society (parents and other interesents). Horizons would be greatly expanded for school staff, students and the society. Also after mobility project mobility participants continue to support other school teachers in providing a modern learning process with the help of IT , and IT and foreign language support for international communication and strategic cooperation.
