The " Parlamentarium 2016 " project is based on the idea of a clear understanding of the overall youth policy for Europe and a better understanding of how European institutions function. This is a topic has its development in many aspects . Itself the project was the winner of best practices, but also a generator and distributor of such , namely understanding the importance of each youth vote in favor of personal development, and hence the development of the community. Recently, more and more organizations operating at European level , ask the question - Is our messages reach all young people? Whether striving all young people to express their opinions freely and be mindful of what is happening around them really reach all points in Europe that has come to small towns and villages to the slums and schools , to parents , to teachers , to institutions at the local level. The project target groups are young people and youth leaders from small and remote settlements in the 6 planning regions in Bulgaria . Many of them participate in the activities of local youth organizations that work locally and directly confronted with the local youth." Parlamentarium 2016" project which aims to bring young people to the maximum opportunity to experience firsthand the importance and meaning of an active youth policy , both at national and European level. In essence the project is modulated simulation of the European Parliament in several respects - structurally, functionally, thematically and efficiently . Through the implementation of planned project activities , we set ourselves the task to discuss youth policy of Europe and how it affects our daily activities with young people. On the other hand , we aim to introduce the concept and principles of structured dialogue .The main methods of work will be based on development principles informal learning among young people - or "learning by doing".Within five days the project " Parlamentarium 2016 " will bring together young people from all six planning regions in Bulgaria, their total would be 72 people . Priority will be young people from small and remote locations , as well as those who are disadvantaged . Association " Multi Ethno Forum" will make efforts to attract young people from minority groups. The place of the national youth meeting is Plovdiv , and the period is 06 to 210 May 2016.
