With this pool project, learners - people in non-tertiary, vocational education and training courses - from Germany receive the opportunity to gain practical experience in the educational professional field in Spain. They complete a recognized internship of 11 weeks. The participants get an opportunity to acquire international professional competences.They help the employees in their daily tasks - in the implementation of services for the care and support of children (including children with disabilities), provision and implementation of educational programs, reflect and document educational development processes and their own actions, explore the operation of the institution, participate in team meetings, make reflections with their mentors. Hereby the participants also deal with the conception of the institution and the design of educational processes and analyze and describe the temporal / spatial / physical / personnel structures. Participants develop a documentation during the internship in a so-called Portfolio, which will also be accessible to other interested parties.The main objectives of the project are:• Increase of professional skills and competences of learners during their formation• exchange about structures, educational work and methods, especially with regard to inclusion of disadvantaged• deepening of language skills and communication skills• Getting to know a new culture, mentality, lifestyle• Increase of intercultural skills• Exchange of experience and European cooperation in the field of vocational training• Development of self-reliance, responsibility and creativity of the participants• Expansion of the professional skills with regard to the future mobility in the European labor market, accompanied by an increase of employability in the European labor market• building networks of participating schools, organizations and institutionsBoth project partners and their partners and local networks win an increasing internationalization by building up the mobility.
