Zespol Szkol Ogolnoksztalcacych w Monkach is very active in the area of internships and practices, constantly updating the offer of new skills by students. Currently, the school implements two large educational projects in which the school offers students a range of interesting activities. The main objective of the projects is to increase the attractiveness and quality of vocational training and to reduce disparities in educational attainment in total 450 students during the V 2015.Low scores of mature exams and professional, social problems and the lack of professional experience cause that some graduates have problems in the labour market. School implemented an educational project, which realized 165 hours of additional remedial courses and 315 hours of additional specialized courses, which has already received the improvement of student performance. But still unmet need for students is to acquire skills and work experience. National practices were successful, but only partially met the demand for work experience, included coverage part of the community vocational school students. Completed training and practice, caused great interest in the students and their parents, and the pressure on the Headmaster for taking steps to further organize this type of support. It was noted that would be valuable internships and international practices. Such support in addition to developing professional skills that carried the behind also: building an entrepreneurial skills among students, creativity and the development of language skills.The school has extensive experience in the context of internships and national practices. In a practical teaching in 2014 was involving 130 students. The students took part in them on their own initiative. These were the forms of acquisition of practical skills, which went beyond the scope of professional practice defined, which means that despite the participation in internships and practices, the students were required to attend school internships. The fact that the students so enthusiastically took part in them, on their own initiative signed up to participate, and completed internships at the teacher inquired whether the school will implement more like internships, strongly motivated to make a project on mobility abroad.The project will include two 3- weeks internships, which will be attended by two groups of students (20 students each). It will be sufficient to familiarize themselves with the organization of the work of companies, which will take place internship. Shorter time would not allow for the achievement of the objectives of the project.The project participants will students of professions / specialties:1) The techniques of tourist services and food technology technician - 1 group,2) A farmer and trader techniques - 2 group.Each group of trainees will be accompanied by two attendants. The first trip is scheduled for April-May 2016, the second: March-April 2017, during the period of compulsory school placements. Partner will ensure that approved by the parties to the internship program at local employers in the industry appropriate to the profession.The main objectives:- raising the level of key competences and skills through learning mobility and cooperation between the worlds of education and work for 40 students to V 2017- increase ischool nnovation and internationalization to V 2017- fluent use of foreign languages and in daily life of 40 students to V in 2017.The project will contribute to improving the quality and to increase the volume of foreign mobility of people involved in vocational training. With the completion of internship training in enterprises, the project participants will gain a unique experience, expand their knowledge and professional skills necessary for employees working in their specialties modern companies. Foreign practice will expand its competence in line with expectations (eg. the first group of trainees will learn from the likes of determining the classification of food products according to various criteria and nutritional value, service guests in the building providing accommodation services; the second group of trainees will learn from the likes of drawing up diagrams and simple line drawings, the definition of the tasks of trade).The acquisition of this knowledge is proven by the participants of the Europass Mobility document.
