The project has been prepared in order to enable teachers in elementary schools to acquire additional knowledge and skills and its practical use in the professional and personal development. The participants of the project is 2 teachers working in the facility, while the subject of the project is to gain knowledge and skills for creating and managing international projects.The project responds to the constant demand for teachers and educators on widening their professional qualifications. Participants represent the professional group, which strives to continuously improve professional competence, participate in a variety of forms of advanced vocational training and retraining.Planned participation in Portuguese training is aimed at getting to know the Organization and structure of the European institutions, as well as knowledge of the principles of business and administration, gives the opportunity to discover ways of working with students, creates a viable opportunity to increase innovation in the learning process and the management of the facility.The objectives of the project are: the European exchange of experience, the promotion of innovative working methods, the establishment of direct international cooperation, learning about the different organisational solutions, comparison of different school systems, the acquisition of new qualifications, knowledge of Portuguese culture, acquisition of freedom in international communication, knowledge of subject matter relating to initiate international projects, learning about innovative solutions in teaching content and management of education.The results of the project will be: the development of professional and personal project participants, adaptation of best practices and knowledge transfer, international cooperation, deepen knowledge, improve language skills.This type of training is certainly strengthens the feeling of europeaness and develops culturally, which translates to the nature of the activities carried out by teachers at the school and the impact on the European worldview. We believe that participation in this training will give everyone the opportunity to discover the teachers from different countries and give the opportunity for the exchange of experiences not only professional.
