“Oracle+” is a project that promotes the structured dialogue that aims to create a set of proposals for policies that promote information of european opportunities for young people in the fields of mobility, education and training. The global methodology of the project will be done throught the complementary use of a) presencial workshops built on the adaptation of the Delphi method and b) an online platform where youngsters can procede online pool of the proposals develoepd in the presencial workshops.The geographic frame of the project is based in the peninsula of Setúbal (the municipalities of Almada, Seixal, Sesimbra, Setúbal, Palmela, Barreiro, Montijo, Moita e Alcochete) that will take place between the months May 2016 and April 2017 - between the participation in the workshops “Oracle+” and the plataform, this project will envolve a total number 580 youngsters, having an emphasis in the participation of young people with fewer opportunities and it will be implemented with the support of 2 partner organizations from Poland and Jordan that will support the implementation, monitorization and will participate in the evaluation meeting of the project. It is aimed that this international partnership proceeds to the process of dissemination of the results and mainstreaming of the methodology and results.The expected results will be a greater participation of young people in the creation of policies at a regional level in the topic above mentioned and a greater recognition of the importance of youth policies by youngsters and other social and political stakeholders - it is also expected that the online platform as an alternative tool in the processes of structured dialogue in the youth field.
