Optimizing Digital Media in SMEs

This project combines three main objectives : 1/ identify the extent and nature of the use of Digital Media in SMEs for their commercial communications (email, websites, vidéo etc.); 2/ present the potential of Digital Media to the same SMEs on a CD-ROM/video and/or other digital support; 3/ offer help to SMEs in using Digital Media in-house, as appropriate and signpost to outside service providers local and/or regional, according to need.
