The main objective of the ToHealth project was to transfer and update the knowledge of specification and regulatory framework of medical devices. The project is aimed at companies and organizations involved in production, development and Placement of medical devices on the market. However, the course is also for employees of a company which would like to establish in the medical device sector. Therefore, a computerized learning system was generated with the following contents:• Medical device specifics• Medical devices regulation• BiomaterialsTherefore, ToHealth provides and enhances skills and knowledge of European manufacturing professionals which are planning to diversify to the healthcare technology sector and also to those which are already in the sector.
