PROJECT
FINISHED
The project?s goal was to discover the moral lessons of our childhood?s fairytales, and help the participants how they can use this eternal knowledge in their modern, real life.
Our youth exchange helped participants to develop their self-knowledge, communication, problem- and conflict-solving skills. In these ten days they also had the opportunity to learn about other country?s culture and folk-tales.
The young generation can be a little bit lost nowadays. Our aim was to help them to find themselves and discover those qualities which they can use to be a successful person in society. We showed them that they are not as different as they think through the fairytales we all know.
We examined these topics through presentations, workshops, and we were focusing on situation games. The non-formal education methods helped them to play and learn in the same time, while they made connections and gained new friends.
The location of the program was Debrecen, six youngsters from six countries participated during ten days, (36 people, along with group leaders), to share experiences and knowledge and get new information.
The participants' age was between 16 and 25 years.
