The EU is in constant construction , in an evolutionary process in which citizens are involved in all EU countries , reaching from
cultural diversity ideas, opinions and plans that allow the building of this great European community. But what role do young
Europeans have in these relationships ? , How can strengthen these ties from organizations / youth groups , What are the benefits of
networking with other youth groups within and outside the countries of the Union European ? .
All these issues have been addressed by 18 Youth people from Kiev (Ukraine ) , Czechoslovak (Poland ) and Seville ( Spain ) , young people from different youth organizations that have different views on the relationship between young Europeans and the European Union. Spain joined the EU in 1986 , Poland in 2007 and Ukraine seems a potential candidate, this makes young people of the three countries to review very
differently about the benefits of EU membership and how to strengthen ties among the EU countries with non-member countries .
These issues have been addressed primarily using non-formal education through open discussions, lectures, and dynamic outdoor
activities ... so that young participants will contribute ideas and participate in a fun and effective way , and will reinforce the positive
character of multiculturalism , and the feeling of European citizenship.
Participants have acquired skills such as the ability to group work, developing projects and ideas aimed at strengthening relations
between young Europeans and the positive use of cultural diversity as a means of plural ideas. So what we have learnt will be used in
countries of origin as well as in other similar projects among ourselves and with other organizations , leading to a multiplier effect.
