In determining the level of development of the country , they have quality and quantity of the labor force is an important factor . Among developing and developed countries armed with the necessary qualifications may be possible by the cultivation of human resources . Skilled work force training policies are affected by many factors : Their labor force participation rate, unemployment , labor market structure, scientific and technological level , socio-economic structure of society, and so on. can be summarized as ( EDUSER , 2013 ).
Formal , non-formal and vocational training types can be designed vocational training applications nowadays lifelong learning approach in the context of mind and target audience needs live in a site- and time-dependent in any occasion of the execution has become a necessity . In this context, vocational training services to cover every segment of society by expanding their effective participation in the labor market of individuals who are expected to facilitate . Limiting the coverage of these services or reducing quality , affordable as well as can also cause serious social problems .

The aim of the project a total of 28 students and six companions of furniture and metal parts comprising the group of participants with disabilities in the manufacture of furniture and related technical and pedagogical needs, they can be made with European experience . For the purposes of our project on the subject from within our region has the potential to enterprise solutions for furniture and metal industry technical staff with disabilities who raised two vocational schools and vocational schools , including the first three have been selected local partners .The project owner and local partners will be selected from within the group of participants , studying in the fields of furniture and metal and the potential for further aging workforce in the sector unemployed are individuals who can form .
Our project is to cover the same dates overseas training activities between Saturday 10/05/2015 Sunday 30/05/2015 with 3 weeks. The number of participants and metal parts for furniture and three companion as 14 participants , consisting of two groups of 34 persons. The project start and end dates of 30 July 2014 -30 July 2015 is 12 months. The project is expected from our results , our region's furniture and metal industries horizontal expansion and increase in business volume , our region handicap in the home everyday living standard partial rates rise , disability problems sectoral and social awareness, participants in our professional, personal and social , cultural and Language Competence in the development , learners employment opportunities increased ability of an operator consisting of overseas visits , project preparation and management experience obtained and other technical documents and materials.
