The Effects of Teacher’s Socio-cultural Life on The Learning Process One of the most important factors in the learning process are teachers. The education, experience and socio-cultural development of the teachers affects both activities and student’s learning level. It is a known fact, that because of the impossibilities in the region, the teachers in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region don’t have a social life after school. Besides, educations and seminars, beneficial for their professional evolutions aren’t made, and teacher can contribute to their personal development only with books and internet. While present education systems are based on learning by doing, we cannot claim, that books and internet have great contribution to personal development. So we think, that the mutual experience exchange of teachers trained in different cultures, could contribute to both sides. This cultural interaction with a cultural wealth for all,will create differences in education. No matter which course when processed with different activities and events. Students motivation and learning level will show differences as positive(will vary as a positive). As the education systems are based on exams, students memorize everything rather than learn, and that affects their personal developments and educational carriers in a negative way. Learning is a process going on lifelong. It is necessary to make use of this process. Education system is not perfect in any country, there are different systems everywhere, so existing deficiencies are diverse. We aim to rise the awareness to the highest level,and make the greatest effort to resolve these. There are lots of things, we are good at, and they are mistakes at, and vice versa. Thanks to this project we will have a chance to look critically to our Educational Systems. This project being regular and be a solution to Turkey’s and other countries’ bleeding wound. Good education system is our biggest dream. The more countries we work together, the more benefit we will have.The number of our participants is 12.
