The content of our project is to assist the school education system by the help of the courses we defined in the project. CLIL ( Content and Language Integrated Learning) is one of the most popular educational methods in our age. It aims contecting learning target language while learning the content of different diciplines those are taught at school. By this way the motivation both for the target language and the different disciplines will get higher. It also aims making target language and different subjects in a kind of co operation. The European Commission is supporting this educational approach and encourage the school to use it. Teacher Training Institutions are lately supporting the methodologies and techniques CLIL based education. CLIL aims to simplifice the curriculum, and to teach the target language not only as a language teaching approach but also as a language teaching connected with the other disciplines. Curriculum is forced without using extra time. CLIL aims the students to learn better without being geniuses. For this reasond Karatay Anadolu Lisesi prepared this project " Learning of Teachers" Project Participants will be equipped on 3 main areas: 1- What is CLIL based education, how it applies. Micro teaching techniques 2- New tecnologies on language teaching and convert them in to CLIL based education. 3- New methodologies on language teaching and convert them into CLIL based education. We will be able to change the situation of today by using new technologies, new methodology and CLIL based education which is promoted by the commission. This will be done by a new approach and to determine the common points of the different disciplines and use them at the same time table in an harmony. Our Project is based upon let our 6 teachers to get courses on the 3 topics as 2 by 2. This courses are; the CLIL based education, new technologies on language learning and new methodologies on Language learning. The key staff which was a counsil we created at school and the head of the language teaching department and the assistant of the Head Master of the School will create a team including the coordinator of the project will follow the project from the preperation level to the dissemination level. This project allow us to get extra profits on learning because of common curriculum of the language teaching and the other disciplines in our school. The things we do before, during and after the project is a unitified concrete structure. By dissemination of our project first our school then the education area where our school is will have a different culture, athmosphere,. At the end of the projects we will create a more affective, more active, concrete and the education with measurable results , education. The book which will be ready at the end of the project will be distributed to our target groups as wide as possible.
