Our project which is setting off from the deficiencies in the existing education system, involves the importance of the studies that must be done for more successful teachers and students who are located in the center of the teaching-learning process. Because teachers will feature in all kinds of development studies that are planned in the education system, by implementing changes to the system. Even we start over everyting in the education system, it's not possible to reach success unless we upgrade our teachers. We set off as well aware of this fact. Our goal is to refresh our teachers' present knowledge, make them learn innovative methods to teaching, and make them reflect this new and fresh knowledge into their teaching athmosphere. The aim of this project is to reach the large masses, guidance , to teach lifelong lerning process, to change monotone education system into a better and colorful one, to encourage students to participate actively and voluntarily in learning process by making the information more interesting. Our project team is formed of the teachers and administartors who are experienced, young and dynamic and also have previously carried out successful project within our school. Our trainees are selected according to the criteria. We need people who works with love and ready and eager to learn. Methodology which we use while carrying our our projects; To work in collaboration with experts in the field, to carry out an effective group work and communicate, to use the technological tools and research. In this context, starting from the project preparation and dissemination till the end of the reporting period; we will be in cooperation with experts in each subjects such as travel, security, language training, introduction of course provider city Prague . Also our participants will be active at every stage of our project both with the team work and also with their individual studies. At the end of our project,students who are trained by our more qualified and equipped teachers will be more successful, will love learning, will actively parcipate in the learning process . The success of our students who will be trained in developing learning atmosphere will effect their parents, happy families with their children's success will influence society. Every happy child means a happy family, happy society. In addition, these children, will look at the world with different perspectives, and will become one of the most successful people. Training atmosphere will changes and develop , to ensure the continuity of success in practice, so that will increase academic success.In European exams, our country will increase the success rate. Spending on education will become a profitable investment. Our greatest profit, will be raising a generation that can produce solutions, adopting the principle of lifelong learning, researching and questioning.
