İt is an undeniable fact that there is a close relationship between economic development and the industrialization of the countries . All the countries locates in the category of developed countries are also developed industrial countries . At the begining of technologies , welded fusion technology offer the greatest contribution to the development of manufacturing industry. Welded joint technology have allowed to make the production faster, easier and better quality with the development of industry. But welds done with classical weld electrodes aren't adequate and new technologıes are requıred for the development of manufacturıng sector. When taken into consideration of the rates of error and loss in welded manufacturing methods, it is observed that the loss in weld-electrode is %50 but in gas –supply made by weld –wire is %15 where as the rate of error in cored welding technology is %1. For that reason, cored welding technology used rapidly in production industry is convenient for semi and full mechanized weld that has the characteisties of covered rod elecrodes. That has been continuously improvement on cored wired electrode ( arc welding from a reel) in the develop ment of cored welding technology , new alternatives have been revealed and the economy has been increased.Due to the use of new welding technology, qualified staff working in this field required among the vocatıonal training instituons in our country, Our school Tarsus İMKB vocational and technical Anatolian high school and partner school Anamur Gazi vocational and technical Anatolian high school and Erdemli vocational and technical Anatolian high school have great effort for training qualified staff to meet the needs of the sector. But at our schools , mostly theoretical courses are given because of the lock of application –fields. Despite the positive development in welding technology, the need for qualified staff has not been filled in that sector. At this point , to solve the employment problem of young population, qualified and practical training is vital. There fore , our school and partner schools’ first aim is to train the students about cored welding technology in practice in modern and well – equipped business of Europe and also in this respect, knowledged, experienced, qualified staff are of great importance in the sector. For that purpose, it consists of 18 students from Tarsus İMKB vocational and technical Anatolian high school, 9 students from Anamur vocational and technical Anatolian high school and 9 students from Erdemli vocational and technical Anatolian high school in total , 36 students will participate in Project. We have 3 schools in Project. Our students are 11th-12th Grades of High school in the depertment of Metal Technology . 2 week internship program will be applied. Project management, applicable training and introduction methods of our Project will be used 1-) Project management :to decide on Project-team, to coordinate the planned activities to achieve the goals , to ensure the sustainability of Project to evaluate the results. 2-) Applicable Training: to evaluate the stages of the development of the participants during the preparation period and practical- training process. For student mobility, technical knowledge and application menthods will be used 3-) İntroduction: to introduce the mınıstry of the EU and National Agency , to give information about our institution , to share the results with a wide range of society The great expectations from the companies in Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands are 1- To enable the participents to have a great knowledge about welded-manufactuning Technologies in Europe by practising in real-atmosphere 2- To strengthen the sense of entrepreneurship to have self-confidence to socialize in intercultural dialogue 3- To provide the linguistic development 4- To increase the capacity and the quality of our education. 5- To have a sustainable partnership with European countrie The long – term benefits of the Project 1- To provide dynamism in our vocational training system and also in our city 2- To have the quality and innovation at our institutions 3- To motivate the participants for their self-confidence, courage and enterprisement about their profession
