The project was focused on twenty-four 2nd-grade, 3rd-grade and 4th-grade pupils of Engineering, Economic Lyceum, Business Academy and Public Administration.School controlled the quality of vocational training and also gained for its students a superstructure in the form of new expertise which was applied to teaching. Students of the first group improved their business skills; expand language skills of trade, logistic and UK legislative terminology. They had the opportunity to compare the knowledge to the Czech one. They could verify their ability and applied their theoretical knowledge into practice. They met the real business communications and the requirements of the labor discipline. The work experience helped them to acquire work habits that will allow them to apply for attractive jobs. Students of Engineering acquired knowledge and skills that are an extension of the school curriculum, expertise in the field of NC machines. They compiled a program for NC milling machine and CNC programming code for multi-axis machine tools. All participants improved their language skills. They reinforced their tolerance and cohesion, independence and ability to make decisions and take responsibility. These acquired skills and attitudes led to an overall personal development. Internships were implemented in two cycles. In the first one students of Engineering completed their intership at the beginning of school year not to disrupt their preparation to the school leaving examination. The contribution of this period was that they could use the acquired knowledge and skills to their preparation for the final exam. Mobility activities of Economics Lyceum, Academy of Business and Public Administration fell into the School Education Programme - 14 - day working practice. For the purpose of monitoring, validation and dissemination of the project participants were working out daily professional notes, They wrote down the report of internship with the description of their work including characterization and organization of the company. The report of internship was the basis for the evaluation of school subject Practice. The project aimed to increase the quality of students´ training and improve the starting position of the participants when they enter the labor market. Next aims of the project were strengthening language skills, self-confidence, improving social and intercultural skills. Motivation of participants to further education and use of information obtained at school also play a great role. All these aims lead to removal of barriers and establish a partnership with ADC College for permanent cooperation as in the case of F+U Sachsen. All participants of both internships strongly positively influence and motivate other students of the school. The great benefits is that students with the support of accompanying persons have the opportunity to experience learning and working mode of the partner organizations in another way. All these benefits of the project increase the quality of work of our organization. Project dissemination outside school by official presentation of the school and informally by participants increases the prestige of the school and affects the future recruitment of primary school pupils and the long-term benefit of the project. Internships have been certified by Europass - Mobility and by partner organizations certificates.
