25 students from the following teaching and study branches will take part in the project: GERMANY: 15 students 5 students – cook 5 students – hair dresser 5 students – engine mechanic ENGLAND: 10 students 3 students – services in tourist traffic 7 students – school of enterprise We consider 2 accompanying teachers for each country. During their stay in Germany and England, the students will practise their professions in various schooling centres, firms and institutions. The aim of the project is development of professional and language skills, improvement of social and intercultural relationships of students who are involved in the project. Participants of the stay will have possibility to see functioning of studying and working systems of the most developed countries of the European Union. The students will learn new technics and technologies in manufacturing and services, they will learn new skills and get new experiences in their professions. At the same time they can check and develop their knowledge from their vocational school in Slovakia. After returning to Slovakia the students will have opportunity to make use of their new knowledge and experiences in Slovak companies, employers and educational institutions. The school and the students can share the new experiences with partner schools in Hungary and Czech Republic. Everything we mention will contribute the improvement of professional and language skills of students, and so their value in the labour market will increase. Active part- taking at the stay abroad will motivate the students to be more successful in European labour market. And besides, the students will learn about new country, new system of work, morals and life style. Intercultural and social aspects are also very important. We suppose intensive communication between the students and their new partners and exchange of work experiences in their professions. Such a cooperation may be a good perspective for the future or for further projects.
