The project aims one methodological renewal of the teachings in the EOI Rio Vero, although we are a small center with serious concerns about methodological developments we need a European dimension that the mobility project will bring us. The French and English teachers have a solid language training but structured study visits to schools in Ireland, Iceland and France offered by our partners English Matters and CIEP will allow delve into new contexts and create future partnerships between different European schools.The targets focus on the previously mentioned European dimension of our school, by means of a linguistic-methodological-cultural updating, being able to prepare our students for European mobility in the working context, so demanded lately and reflected on our everyday lessons. We aim at the practical knowledge on the European Frameworks of Reference levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) in other European countries, the way of teaching them, assessment, progression, their certification, etc.The participants will be all the School staff EOi Río Vero, with impact on students, in their background, by organising socio-cultural related activities (we take an active part in the local cultural agenda: cinema, theatre, debate, etc.) in the close schools (due to the fact that our students are teachers in other schools), with other EEOOIIs (Languages Schools) of the province.The activities will be mainly formative, in the case of English, "structured study visit to schools and training seminar" with methodological refreshment; in the case of French, in the same way methodological and didactic refreshment courses will be carried out, which will result in the improvement of the teaching, ITC updating.Methodology will be based on job shadowing, forums, experience exchange, school background analysis and joined conclusions agreement. The results and impact will be implemented in the improvement of teaching, school's organisation, school and town's cultural agenda, linguistic training for working purposes, international relationships between schools and staff.The benefits of this mobility project will impact positively on our school to offer one-to-one training to other teachers and also to students and prospective students. Our students A1, A2, B1 and B2 will benefit from making the teaching-learning process dynamic and the ins-and-outs of the classroom and therefore achieve better academic results and fewer dropouts , and concerning prospective students, being aware of EOI Río Vero European dimension by participating in Erasmus + KA1 and the methodological innovation that our school will offer.
