The target group will be trainers specialized in systems of company management. The potential users are: human resources managers, the professionals in charge of training, the directors of R&D departments and managers. The target sectors to which the CRISIS PROJECT is direct are education, management, human resources and research and development. As to the potential beneficiaries that will be those companies that belong to productive cyclical sectors with problems at times when the periods of crisis have to be overcome. In principle these sectors will be the following: building, textile and TIC. The transnationality of the partnership is highly represented by its CV, composed by partners, all highly skilled in European project implementation. More specifically, each partner will bring to each work package his specific competence.The CRISIS PROJECT will be developed in the following phases: Red organization, Analysis of the didactic innovative online materials, Study and analysis of company training systems, Case studies, Analysis of case studies, Design of online platform, Design of training package, Testing of training package, Final version and transfer to trainers, Gender plan, Quality control, Promotion and distribution.Work methodology will be based on group work of the whole network and on the design of work subgroups completely independent and capable to develop tasks which will be put together as common so that they can be discussed by the entire network and so that the final touch can be added. In order to do this the transnational meetings will be an important and key part.The results will be: Training platform, Training package, Management manual, Information webThe quality will be measured through a system designed for this project which evaluates its quality in each and every of its work packages. Through this evaluation system the quality of the internal structure of the project is guaranteed during the period of its duration of two years.During the duration of the project its distribution will be realised through its own network of partners, in which the intermediate results will be specified. We should emphasise the network of the final distribution in which it will be possible to find a demo of the designed management system, and above all the final event of the presentation of the results which will not be a distribution meeting but a congress of discussion about the management systems.
