Zespol Szkol in „European apprenticeship – great opportunity on the job market”.Date of the realization of this project: 1st November 2016 - 31st October 2018Carrying out the project will enable achieving the following aims:– supporting the development of Wolomin district and tackling high unemployment by matching skills to the labour market– supporting the teachers and the students in achieving new educational results– increasing awarness of the need for the continuous education, acquiring the new qualifications and even change the profession regardless of whether it will be formal, non-formal or informal education– supporting of beneficiaries from underdeveloped region with high unemployment rate– comparison and becoming familiar with another education methods, applied processes and equipment used in particular branches in various Europon countries– continuation of multilateral cooperation between Europrojectos Erasmusplus SL, Spanish and Polish workplaces, ZS in Tluszcz and other project partners– broadening the knowledge of the way the European Union companies function.The project involves the institution making the application, the host organization and ten companies from Martos.It is intended that 36 students participate in this project – two groups of 18 students and two acompanying people.The project consists of two fourweek internships in Martos.The first group (a fourweek internship in May 2017) are students in their 3rd year of the Technical school from Zespol Szkol in Tluszcz. These are hairdressers and mechanics.The second group (a fourweek internship in November 2017) are pupils in their 2nd and 3rd year of the Vocational school from Zespol Szkol in Tluszcz, who completed their compulsory students practice in local companies. (The learning / training takes place at a workplace as well as in school). These are confectioners, hairdressers, cooks and mechanics. The mechanics have also the possibility to learn only at school and in its workshop.Most participants come from small towns and villages with high unemployment rate who are in a particularly difficult situation on the Polish and European labour market. The fundamental aim of the project is to increase their competitivness on both labour markets and in European dimension to facilitate a free flow of employees. The priority of the project is the improvement and development of practical abilities. One-month intership will offer the beneficiaries an efficient preparation essential for pursuing their professional career.The main expected results of the project:– acquiring a wider range of skills– creating a folder with the recipies and photographs of some Spanish dishes and confectionery, the recipies will be used by the employers (a folder will be avaliable on a school website)– a permanent display of hairdressing heads with typical for Andalusia hairstyles with the methodology of hairdressing and styling in form of a small book or a calendar. The hairstyles will be incorporated into domestic salons. (available on a school website)– creating mini phrase books concerning the vocabulary in particular fields in form of a brochure (they will be available on a school website)– the release of leaflets advertising the project, the results and the cooperation– sharing the acquired knowledge with other students– strengthening the cooperation between organizations involved in education and vocational training.All participants will receive Europass Mobility document and certificates of participation issued by the applicant organization and host partners.In this project we will employ two diffrent uses of ECVET. All internships will be preceded by linguistic, cultural and pedagogical preparation.The implementation of this project is another sign that the institution making the application is a really modern school.
