New technologies, communication and exchanges.The Lycée du Sacré Cœur tries to favour learning foreign languages (english, spanish, german, italian) and to improve the pupils sense of the european citizenship.The purpose of the mobility project is to gain experience and competence in order to integrate the new technologies in the foreign language classes, and later to communicate with european schools during cultural exchanges and common projects.A teacher will participate in a structured course for two weeks in Spain. As a spanish teacher, he is involved in the collaborative work with all the language teachers in the secondary school. He wants to have a personal training and to share it with the members of the school, with a view of the common project. This training aims to learn how to use the new technologies in the classroom and beyond (closed social network, videos, creation and monitoring of a social network shared by european partner schools)The teacher will be responsible for using these skills in the development of spanish courses. Then he will share this educational experience with his colleagues of languages. At last, these skills will favour exchanges with classes of foreign secondary schools.This project will lead to lessons in the classes of languages using the gained skills and to a concrete exchange project with an european school in one of the languages concerned, in the next three school years, no later than 2018-2019.In the long run, the projects conducted will make sense of the language learning and will lead the pupils to meet fellow europeans of their age.
