Noneedia“The world we create, The world we are”Youth Exchange between Czech Republic and Armenia, placed near Yerevan in beautiful nature. 28 participants from both countries will meet again in one year after they experienced their first Youth Exchange in South of Czech Republic. They will build on “Noneedia” concept (as there is no need for anything) - the draft of ideal country they created during the first project. Their main task this time will be to find solutions for most important issues of 21th Century, apply them on Noneedia world and introduce them to local community this time in another Armenian reality. They will also take time to compare Czech and Armenian cultures through role plays, theatrical performances and presentations of traditions and typical celebrations and discover what basics their cultures set in their lives and what values they build on. The main objectives of this exchange are to support critical thinking and knowledge of the participants in field of recent most discussed topics and issues, to make them think about solutions and to encourage their active participation in society. Most important aims of the whole exchange are to support tolerance for differences, understanding others and peaceful attitude. All this will happen trough self-discovering and experiencing activities and trough reflection on own life and opinions. The leaders will use methods which work with learning trough experiences, they will test this method and share the results later on. “Noneedians” will focus on creating outputs from each experienced activity and they will perform their work at small town in Armenia at the end of the project. There will also be reporters from different Armenian medias to document their story and present it to other. This way another small seed of peace will be planted and by time it will grow to even stronger cooperation and friendships between participants and between YIC Slaný in Czech Republic and AOS in Armenia - to show that despite all cultural differences we are still the same and we can respect, honour and appreciate each other.
