PROJECT
FINISHED
The project’s aim is to deliver relevant professional knowledge and experience to the Vietnamese youth policy, through which decentralization can start in the country, at the same time, the country can be entered into the international circulation and dozens of international cooperation can be started in the country or from the country. Further aims are to reorganize the youth policy of a country with Asian as well as European traditions along European values; to start Youth NGOs which can operate independently; to be able to acclimatize those concepts as non-formal learning, student councils, student rights, civil self-organization; at the same time, jointly creating a collection of non-formal examples, which is not only a useful methodological guide for Vietnamese youths and youth leaders, but for European organizations as well, since it is a niche publication in the EU, too. The basis of the project is provided by Wilson’s Diamond-structure theory, under which we examine society through 4 sectors. Based on the answers and experience received to these, we initiate trainings and we will present a collection of non-formal examples that we will multiply at 2 conferences. The aim of the project is to examine the youth policy of the 3 countries; and with the help of non-formal examples make for the participants of youth life possible to start profound changes. As a result of the project, more youth organizations can be established in Vietnam, which can be involved in international projects (EVS, youth exchanges) more effectively. The whole Vietnamese youth policy will get into a new dimension, since the program based on adopted European experience and knowledge provides relevant knowledge in practical field to the Vietnamese youth leaders. The created set of non-formal examples will be a great help to Hungarian and Romanian Youth leaders and Youth workers; in the publication, the objectives, target groups and developing activities of non-formal learning will be summarized. Thus the publication will simultaneously make changes in the Youth life and non-formal education of 3 countries. The activities (exchanges, trainings, conferences) will also help the multiplication.
