The grant ensures the collection of the documents to be used later for applyingthe name UNESCO Geopark, which might be a reference document for formingnational conservation areas. For using the name Geopark and developing acommon conservation area a comprehensive analysis is needed. In the preparationphase, the decision-making and executive organisation was formed, which conducteda survey on the interested target groups and their willingness to participate. The nextstep of the process was the analyzing and researching phase, when the assessmentand documentation of the significance of the area was carried out, and besides this anaction plan concerning one area.
