The project will gather a groups of youth workers (37 participants) from the UK, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Macedonia and Romania, and will be held in Plymouth, UK in October 2016.The training course aims to develop participants' knowledge, skills and competencies on work with a diverse group of young people. The target group of the project is youth workers from Programme countries who are striving to work or already work with young people from diverse backgrounds. A special focus of the project will be on work with young migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, addressing the migration crisis. The objectives of the trainin are: 1) To involve the participants into understanding, discussing and confronting the issue of exclusion/inclusion of a wide range of different (disadvantaged) groups of young people and work with inclusive (mixed) groups.2) To give to the participants the space to share their best practices in working with the young people with fewer opportunities and with those who do not face situations and obstacles.3) To raise the understanding of the youth workers regarding the specificity, problems and efficiency of work with a mixed group.4) To understand the specificity, problems and efficiency of work with inclusive groups. 5) To develop skills of the youth workers for working with a mixed group like the ability to transform and to adapt existing non-formal methods based on the specificity of a certain mixed group.6) To develop new methods of working with a mixed group. 7) To explore practical ways of reaching and involvement young migrants, refuges, asylum seekers and promoting fundamental values of our society among them. 8) To promote diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue and tolerance among the participants.The training will help participants to acquire new and/or get additional knowledge regarding the issues of exclusion, inclusion and non-formal education. In this context they will analyse what their own role in creating social exclusion/inclusion is or can be which will sensitise them for the importance for a more inclusive youth work.The training course will consist of one mobility activity and work on electronic brochure during and after the training. The programme is designed in accordance with the objectives and the identified needs of participants.The project will be based on non-formal and informal education. The participants will be the learners, but at the same time they will present their work, share knowledge and expertise. Therefore, it will be two-sided learning process.
