''NGO atlas'' contact-making event gathered 40 youth workers, decision makers and leaders from Latvia, Belarus, Estonia,Russian Federation, Romania, Lithuania, Greece, Albania, Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina,Armenia, Kosovo, Turkey and Georgia in order to work on the main aim of project: quality improvement of follow up anddissemination processes of Erasmus+ youth projects. Main contact-making event activity of ''NGO atlas'' project took place inRanka region, Latvia and lasted for 8 days. Non formal learning methods was applied, such as workshops, team buildingactivities, discussions, group work, presentations, outdoor activities, idea development for further cooperation etc.During the project participants got to know youth organizations from different parts of Europe and develop wider internationalcooperation network.Participants Increased their level of skills for project and quality management and were inspired and motivated to develop newprojects within Erasmus+ programme. ''NGO atlas'' main activity gave chance to explore, exchange and discuss different wayson how to improve cooperation between NGO's from various regions. Important topic also was to increase participantsknowledge and awareness about importance of delivering the project results to the target groups.Project partners worked together to innovate methods and tools for improvement of follow up and dissemination processes.Representatives of 18 countries worked together also to develop concept of ‘’NGO social network’’ and increase participantsdigital competences. Result of this team work and cooperation can be seen at www.ausma.me, where all youth workers,organizations and youngsters can register, set up their organization info websites and share information for youth. Developmentof ausma.me still continues after the ''NGO atlas'' project has successfully finished.Overall, during the ''NGO atlas'' project youth workers, leaders and decision makers of youth organizations had an opportunity toestablish new partnerships, increase digital competence skills and discover weak points in their current project managementprocesses and work on solutions.
