The COMPLETE project aims to develop new means for increasing the skills of trainers with regard to Lifelong Learning in the Energy, Transport & Environment Engineering Sector (ETEE) in, principally, Romania. The project will focus on updating and upgrading the skills of trainers and will benefit from expert and technological input from the participating project partners. To implement the project's objectives, the project partners will develop an e-lifelong learning platform and will design e-products that take into account the particular training needs of trainers in ETEE domains. These ideas will be practically realised through the establishment of ETEE training programmes by the project partners and through the long-term project objective to establish a Lifelong Learning Centre in ETEE able to deliver these programmes. A project website will complement the development of the project's e-lifelong learning platform. A user guide for the e-platform will be produced to take users through the platform's range of software tools that focus on specific interdisciplinary and interactive teaching and learning methods that are applicable to the ETEE field. The training programme will contain three core modules focusing on ICT & Communication Techniques, Problem-based Learning and Project-based Learning. A range of methods, from printed material through to the project website, will be employed to inform users and to disseminate information on the project and its’ results.
