This training course is continuation of previous cooperation between the applicant organisation Zemekoule, o. s. from Czech republic and hosting organisation Gyumri ,,Youth Initiative Centre´´ NGO from Armenia. We organized TC ,,Let´s get it over´´ focused on similar topic and seeing the results and impacts of the project and seeing the importance of the training we decided to implement the similar training course with the improvements and modifications according to the evaluation and suggestion of participants involved in the project. This newly modified training course was also designed for youth workers and youth leaders from EU Programme countries and Neighboring Partner countries from Eastern Europe and Caucasus who are directly working with groups of young people either within an organization or through non-formal group. TC ,,New qualities-better results´´ took a place between 21 - 27 October 2015 and hosted 28 representatives from different countries (Armenia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Greece, Moldova and Ukraine) in small village T’orosgyugh, Armenia. The aim of this 7-day TC was to enable youthworkers to demonstrate a more constructive and systematic approach when dealing with conflicts in youth work. The training course was based on the principles of non-formal learning and the main education methods were energizers, brainstorming sessions, active discussions and experience sharing, work in small groups and interactive presentations of the work results, role-plays and simulations ets. One of the important outputs (as in previous project) was developing of scenario for a forum theatre on a conflict situation in youth work which was performed by all participants. The biggest part of the TC was introduction of theoretical concept for ,,conflict´´ and the mechanisms of resolutions, types of the conflicts, the analysis of practical conflict scenario and the approaches which can be adopted when being either one of the conflictions parties or the one indirectly handle it. The second part of the TC was introduction of youth work on the basic level because of different level and experiences of participant´s involvement in youth work. Important part was connection of conflict management and youth work - deeper analysis what can cause conflict in youth work, what is it connection with youth work philosophy or what can be a consequences of conflict in youth work.
