The “NEWstART: Networking in European Working systems through such Activities as a responsible Research and Training” (NEWstART) project foreseen cooperation between two sister but at the same time different organisations: e-arch is a newcomer in a non-formal education (Italy, Palermo) and "System and G" (Athens, Greece) is experienced non-profit organisation, which through the active participation of people, civic society and institutions, contribute towards the promotion of youth work in EU. The project’s consortium is innovative due to educational mission of "System and G", which will focus attention and support for a newcomer. Both organisations will be involved in a skills and competences development project, which means not only acquiring new methods of work in organisations, but also adaptation of each other’s methods for different social groups with different needs ir accordance to respect of these needs. Networking will connect staff with different backgrounds and nationalities (Italians, Greek, Latvians, Lithuanians and etc.). All Individuals of this process are responsible for promotion of social and personal development of young people, supporting unemployed young people, developing their skills and proof to make them competitive and successful in the labour market.In the frames of this project staff members of e-arch will participate in job shadowing activities at partner organisation. The mobility process of youth workers is based on the principles of: equality, participation, education, and empowerment. The project and work programme of participants is focused on intercultural dialogue, youth active participation, connecting youth problems as unemployment, cultural diversity, promotion of entrepreneurship, creativity, non-formal education, through the direct involvement of youth workers in international and local activities. The balanced pool of personal and organisational benefits is planned between project partners: strong international cooperation, new directions for youth participation in EU programme, broader sector of services, comparison and use of existing working methods and adaptation of new, stimulated mobility flows between partner countries, adaptation of non-formal education methodology in work with local communities, improvement for professional and personal, social development, improving English language and intercultural skills, clarification of youth needs, development of problems solving tasks and exchange of management skills and etc.A dissemination plan with a wide range of articles and promotional materials in English, Italian, Greek is developed (such as video, experience book, articles and etc.). The project will be implemented with the budget of 3050 EUR.
