RELEVANT OF THE PROJECTThis action has a specific focus on these students from third and fourth level of education from partners organizations SELSCS Arseni Jovkov - Skopje, and „Adolfo Sapoka“ -Utena school from Lithuania and the introduction of new labor market instruments, the project clearly contributes to the overall strategic objective of ERASMUS+ which is: “to foster the development of human resources” with special focus on integration of students within the labor market”.From that perspective, the management of partner organizations as a vocational school feels that it is a favorable opportunity for students to be involved in „Network of Marketing and Accounting Competences“ (NetMAC) project by implementing a work placements of Macedonian students, according to the European standards and certification.The good practice from Lithuania is possibility and challenges to incorporate this experience in the process of learning.The application of methods and activities which will help to make quality preparation of the students before their involvement in labor market.TARGET GROUPThe students from partner organizations of third and fourth level of education.LOGICAL FRAMEWORKGeneral Objective (GO)Improve labor market potential of students and support realization of their involvement in the labor market by mediation, provision of training and/or preparation for self-employment in order to decrease the rate of unemployment in the partner countriesSpecific Objectives (SO)SO1 - Improvement of students’ practical knowledge for accounting by Introducing „The Accounting Pool Model“ (APM) as model for intensive mediation and inclusion of the graduated students into labor market. SO2 - Improvement of personal capacity of students with Implementation of the work placements program for marketing „Marketing Work Club“ (MWC).Expected results (R)R1 - Managed project process;R2 - Established functional work placements model „The Accounting Pool Model“; R3 - Trained and certificated 6 students from Macedonia for „The Accounting Pool Model“;R4 - Established functional work placements program „Marketing Work Club“; R5 - Trained and certificated 6 students from Macedonia for „Marketing Work Club“; R6 - Disseminated of 5 events. Group Activities (GA)GA1 - Establishing project’s infrastructure;GA2 - Mobility and preparation of work placements of students in „The Accounting Pool Model“;GA3 - Mobility and preparation of work placements of students in „Marketing Work Club“;GA4 - Promotion and dissemination. METHODOLOGYThe project „Network of Marketing and Accounting Competences“ (NetMAC) will be realized in two round actions „APM“ and „MWC“.Related to Action 1 - The students from SELSCS Arseni Jovkov - Skopje will have opportunity for work according „APM“ work placements program in VET institution from Lithuania duration of 14 days. The students in the „APM“ will be assessed upon their personal qualities, trained on how to use accounting knowledge, using of electronic platforms to accounting, accounting operations in real enterprises. Related to Action 2 - The students from SELSCS Arseni Jovkov - Skopje will be engaged in the partner institution from Lithuania in 14 days duration, according „MWC“ work placements program. They will have possibilities to training of practical work for marketing, application of marketing knowledge, using of marketing platform, work with clients, research of market possibilities, marketing analyze est.IMPACTOn local level it refers to inclusion of the partner institutions in raising the quality of the educational process in horizontal and vertical line. The contribution of the project at local lever refers to the connection of the students with the local community through identification of social problems in the surrounding where they live and taking action for their solution.On regional level, the project will encourage better collaboration between individuals and public authorities. By creating an enabling environment and active engagement the project will encourage individuals to be active contributors for social change.On a national level, the project will create basis for cooperation that affects good employability based on EU and international standards. The project will help create a structure on which local reforms can be built to ensure continuity and sustainability once the project ends. By promoting employability, the action will contribute to the improvement of the business environment and thus to economic development of the country.
