NEiD - New European Identities

The project is developing a module in fashion and textile design combining study of folklore and sustainability. The module aims to give students understanding national/regional material cultural heritage and how it has given rise to the present diversity of European cultures. It focuses on local materials and methods and how they could be developed into sustainable industrial materials and processes. The module aims to bring fashion and textile designers into forefront of sustainable design.
