The project „Non-formla education. Social inclusion. Youth crime prevention" ” is the continuation of the project " Youth crime prevention through non-formal education" in 2011 for police inspectors of juvenile delinquency and youth about non-formal education, social inclusion in the police prevention work for young people with fewer opportunities. There are involved five countries of Europe – Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Norway- and it is leaded to development of further projects under the Erasmus+ program and it is promoted exchanges, cooperation and training in the field of youth work. The main themes of the project are the place of non-formal education and social inclusion in the youth crime prevention and opportunities of education through sport and outdoors activities. The aim of the project is to improve the work of police inspectors in the youth crime prevention units in the different Europe countries and to improve cooperation with realizing new projects in program Erasmus+ . The length of the project is three month and the main activity is a seminar in Vidzemes region, Latvia from 13th – 18th of April 2015, where police inspectors introducing with non-formal education by different methods (work in groups, discussions, outdoor activities, role plays, presentations and lectures), giving to others experience of ourselves and doing practical exercises in the youth centers.
