Project Nr. "Science without borders" implies participation in professional seminars and internships of 119 students and 31 teachers of vocational schools of theWest- Pomeranian and Lubuskie voivodships. Learners and trainees will take trainings ans internships in trades such as: gastronomy, automotive technician, mechanic an of motor vehicles, hairdresser, hotel management, photography, hairdresser, IT- digital processing.Students will be invited to monthly interns to Italy (40 persons), United Kingdom (20 persons) and Spain (59 persons). Each group will be accompanied by a guardian from Poland. During the internship students will pursue the issue referred to the Foundation of the training programme in the profession and acquire practical knowledge of performing the profession. Teachers will leave for weekly trainings to Italy (20 persons), United Kingdom (4 persons) and Spain (7 people). Teachers will be trained by the employers adopting the youth for practical internships to observe and get to know the reality of the implementation of the knowledge which they teach in the way of the theoretical activities in practice.In the context of the personal and professional needs, the project will carry out such objectives as:-to acquire international certificates-transnational mobility on the European labour market,-development and acquisition of practical professional skills,-improvement of language skills, openness and intercultural sensitivity,-stimulation of creativity and entrepreneurship,-the development of characteristics such as confidence, responsibility, equality, diversity, transparency, respect, honesty, passion and commitment. These aspects affect the greater attractiveness of VET schools, and in the future, greater economic development in the regions, which is consistent with the Lisbon strategy, which envisions as the most competitive economy in the countries of Europe and the world.
